Refund Eligibility

We accept Returns for Refund or Replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a Refund, the product must be unopened & unused with tamper-evident seals intact.

1. How To Initiate A Return

• Request a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting us at Returns@AGreekCreationAphrodite.com
• Pack the product securely to prevent any damage during transit.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

2. Inspection & Approval

Every Return undergoes an inspection to ensure it meets the Return Policy criteria.

• If the product is found to be in an acceptable condition, a Refund will be processed.
• If the product does not meet the Return Policy Criteria [unopened | unused | original condition], a representative will contact you to discuss available options.
• Returned items will be promptly & properly disposed of thereby making them unavailable to be returned to Buyer.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the Refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on payment provider.

4. Exceptions

We do not accept Returns for the following products:

• Products marked as "Final Sale"
• Products that have been Opened or Used

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 10 business days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide a photo of the Shipping Packaging [i.e. USPS | UPS Box] & Item with your notification email. A Return Label will be provided to return Damaged, Defective or Incorrect items.
